In February, Hawaii added another legendary event to its rich surfing history by providing the venue for the Kelly Slater Invitational. The event, organized to benefit Reef Check, stoked the crowd by pairing an eclectic group of musician and film personalities with a crew of today's top wave masters. The world's hottest surfers paddled into the line-up, sharing waves with big-name entertainers in a series of competitive events.
